Initial agreement: Specify the type and quantity of goods, shipping cost (per kilogram or as checked luggage), method of pickup and delivery, any ancillary fees (customs, postal, etc.), and other relevant details.
Exchange contact details: Exchange the origin and destination mobile numbers, verify connectivity on Telegram and WhatsApp, and, if possible, conduct a video call.
Obtain addresses: Collect the traveler’s accommodation address for pickup and the traveler’s address at the destination.
Document verification: For in-person handover, check both parties’ tickets and identification documents.
If not in the same city: Arrange a video call, and have the traveler send a photo of the ticket (with flight details redacted, leaving the first and last name visible).
No intermediaries: Hand over the shipment only to the traveler; if an agent/intermediary is present, do not hand over the shipment until the identity is fully verified.
Permissible goods: Before accepting the shipment, the traveler must ensure it is legal; all responsibility for the accepted shipment lies with the traveler.
Good-faith commitment: After reaching an agreement, avoid canceling so as not to cause disruptions for others.
Complete documentation: The sender (shipment owner) should provide item details (photos or a list of contents) to the traveler before handover, and both parties should agree on an approximate delivery time at the destination.
Compliance with rules: Customs and airline restrictions must be observed; any non-compliance is solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
Reminder: Verifying identities and ensuring the shipment is permissible are the responsibilities of the traveler and the sender. This platform only provides a listing/advertising service and bears no responsibility for the shipment or shipping conditions.
