This document outlines the Terms and Conditions of use for the Carry2Cash platform and the relationship between us as the platform and you (the valued user). This document defines all rights and obligations of both parties; therefore, it constitutes a valid and binding contract for users, and use of this platform signifies your acceptance of its content.
Article 1 - Introduction of the Carry2Cash Platform
This platform acts solely as an intermediary between senders of goods (users requesting transport) and travelers (users volunteering to carry goods). The platform does not interfere in the process of transport, delivery, or the contents and packaging of the goods; it merely facilitates communication between users.
Article 2 - General Conditions of Using the Carry2Cash Platform
To access all features of the Carry2Cash platform, you must create a user account.
Article 3 - User Communication Methods
Users can communicate with each other through providing phone numbers, email addresses, or any other means they deem appropriate. It is understood that the purpose of sharing contact details is solely to facilitate transactions between users. Sending unrelated messages, including those containing insulting, immoral, racist, advertising content, or those contrary to applicable laws, is prohibited. The sender of such messages will bear responsibility, and the platform holds no liability in this regard.
Article 4 - Rights and Responsibilities of the Platform
1) The Carry2Cash platform provides users with an online space to publish their advertisements. Each user directly publishes their own ads, and the Carry2Cash website does not interfere in the publication or distribution of ads.
2) By using the Carry2Cash website, you agree that the platform and its owners bear no responsibility for the actions of other users. The platform is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from user interactions, even if such damages are foreseeable.
3) All user ad content is provided by the users themselves; therefore, the platform does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of the content. You must exercise due caution during transactions, as the platform assumes no responsibility for any fraud or dishonest behavior by users. Publishing an ad on the Carry2Cash website does not imply acceptance of responsibility or guarantee the content's accuracy; the parties involved in any transaction are responsible, and no claims can be made against the platform.
4) The platform holds no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or authenticity of information posted by users. The user who publishes an ad is responsible for its accuracy. Users wishing to transact or communicate with ad publishers must personally verify the ad content and act solely under their own responsibility after gathering necessary information. The platform is not liable for any fraud or dishonest conduct by users; thus, no recourse against the platform is available regarding these matters.
5) The platform bears no responsibility for third-party service providers offering payment services, identity verification, licensing, appraisal, etc. For any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of third-party services, please refer to the respective service provider.
6) Any problems with internet payment gateways are unrelated to the platform, which holds no responsibility for such issues.
7) The platform is not liable for any business losses (such as lost profits, revenue, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, or commercial opportunities).
8) The platform is not responsible for possible hacking, downtime, temporary service disruptions due to technical reasons or internet outages, loss of user data or records due to similar reasons, or any damages resulting therefrom. This clause does not negate the platform’s reasonable and customary measures to protect user rights and applies to unforeseeable and force majeure circumstances. Nevertheless, the platform strives, within its capabilities, to fix issues and provide technical support.
9) The platform serves only as a communication space and holds no responsibility for:
- The accuracy of information provided by users (senders or travelers),
- The quality, legality, or safety of goods requested for transport,
- Possible violations by travelers or senders (such as transporting prohibited items or failing to deliver on time),
- Any financial or legal disputes between users,
- Customs or legal violations by users,
- Loss or damage of goods.
10) The platform recommends that valuable goods should not be delivered without insurance or financial guarantees from the traveler user.
Article 5 - Rights and Responsibilities of Users
1) Users must be at least 18 years old. Activities of individuals under 18 must be supervised by parents.
2) Users are personally responsible for the ads they post and must comply with all applicable laws, judicial orders, public order, community and business norms, as well as the platform’s terms and third-party rights.
3) Users must avoid advertising or posting ads with promotional content without prior written permission from the platform.
4) Upon user request, paid ad features such as highlighted or urgent ads may be made available under platform terms.
5) Users must verify the identity of their contract partners and ensure the security and accuracy of contract terms. The platform is not responsible for verifying transactions, but reserves the right to take necessary actions in case of violations.
6) To combat fraud, the platform may block users suspected of criminal intent and provide information about violations to relevant authorities upon request. By using the platform, users expressly agree to this policy. The platform reserves the right to take preventive actions against misconduct, harassment, or behavior harming users’ peace or interests and to pursue legal actions against offenders.
7) When requested by competent authorities, the platform will provide all necessary information. If costs arise, the platform may seek reimbursement from the violating user.
8) Users accept full responsibility for sharing their personal information (such as phone number or email) with any third parties outside the platform.
9) Users agree to use the platform solely for commercial and economic purposes. Any other activities, including but not limited to political or social objectives, are prohibited. The platform may block accounts posting prohibited content.
10) The sender user must register only goods allowed by origin and destination laws (ignorance of law is not an excuse).
11) The sender is responsible for verifying the identity and credibility of the traveler; the platform holds no responsibility here.
12) The sender must accurately provide all necessary information (weight, dimensions, value, customs documents).
13) The traveler must be aware of transport regulations in origin, destination, and transit countries (e.g., customs restrictions or prohibitions on certain items such as drugs, weapons, narcotics).
14) Compliance with customs regulations and payment of any duties are the responsibility of the traveler or sender as mutually agreed.
15) The platform holds no responsibility for issues such as seizure of goods.
16) Transport of prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods (under international or local laws) is forbidden, and users bear full responsibility.
17) Users must refrain from transporting drugs, weapons, alcohol, live animals (without permits), stolen items, unauthorized animal products, and contraband.
18) Financial agreements between sender and traveler are independently made; the platform plays no role. Payments are recommended to be made after successful delivery through secure and legal methods.
Article 6 - Enforcement of Breach of Obligations
1) Carry2Cash reserves the right to remove ads violating the terms and conditions.
2) Carry2Cash may temporarily or permanently block users who breach these terms to enhance user security.
3) Any misuse of the site, including use of malicious software, spyware, bots, data crawling, service disruption methods, or unauthorized access to site/app information (including contact details, images, and ad descriptions) via any system or network is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal action and restrict or block access for offending users.
Article 7 - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of Carry2Cash, including but not limited to software (Android and iOS versions), advertising website, domain name, user interface, images, graphics, designs, and texts, exclusively belong to the platform and its owners. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse engineering, data mining, or commercial use by third parties without written permission is prohibited and subject to legal action and damages.
Article 8 - Privacy Protection
1) By using the Carry2Cash site, users explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by the platform.
2) The platform may change its privacy policies at any time. Continued use implies unconditional acceptance of such changes; therefore, users are advised to review the policy regularly. All privacy policy changes will be updated on the website and app.
3) Anyone may visit the site or app without registration. Upon registration, users explicitly consent to lawful storage and use of their personal data.
4) User-submitted information, including but not limited to ad content uploaded via the site or app, will be collected and stored to maintain service levels and prevent fraud.
5) Technical data and server logs will be collected and used to maintain service quality. This includes IP address, device brand and model, network type, browser type and version, device crash data (such as root status, RAM usage, crash timing, wireless/data network status, roaming status).
6) In compliance with laws and upon order from competent authorities, the platform must provide all or part of the information to relevant bodies.
7) The platform strives to protect personal data but is not liable for data corruption due to unforeseeable incidents, out-of-control events, or internet disruptions.
Article 9 - Dispute Resolution
1) In the event of any dispute between the user and the platform, the following applies:
• Users must attend in-person or online meetings as requested by the platform and cooperate fully with the support team if a meeting is deemed unnecessary.
• If no agreement is reached, with user consent, the platform may appoint an independent expert to review and resolve the issue. Should the dispute remain unresolved, either party may seek judicial recourse.
2) In case of disputes between users:
• Users should first attempt amicable resolution and, if unsuccessful, may seek judicial intervention. The platform bears no responsibility in these matters.
